LEGO CITY 60197: Passenger Train 2018 Full Review!
For this build I tried a new approach, building a car at a time and upwards. This meant a big variation from the instruction manual which took a little figuring out, but not quite as much as my recent LEGO Creator Lighthouse build.
This train is a change from the last LEGO Passenger Train designs that were plain white. It’s also the first time – beyond Creator trains like the Horizon Express – that LEGO has had two carriages instead of two locomotives.
If you follow me, you’ll know I’ve been talking a lot about the new LEGO CITY 60197 and 60198 trains, especially this one. It’s been on my wish-list since the day it was announced as I’m fond of the European styling that’s been used.
I’ve been itching to get my hands on this fantastic LEGO Set 60197 for 2018 and thought I’d share my build with you.
