Let’s Build! LEGO Movie 2 Rescue Rocket! 70831. This is one of my favourite sets from the movie line up and I’ve been itching to get my hands on it. Given I plan to place the house version in our LEGO City, I’ve gone with the Rescue Rocket for the first build of this set! Review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IcuZcJQ48vE

From the very beginning, I was impressed with how solidly built this thing is! I was also slightly perplexed by some of the intricacies that went inside the lower part of the build – turns out they’re some clever missile launching tricks.
This whole set is oozing with fun and detail and the LEGO Designers have managed to make the build really fun and not at all repetitive. This took me about 90 minutes beginning to end and I would happily do it all again!
