LEGO City MOC Tutorial: Scaffolding

LEGO City MOC Tutorial: Scaffolding! One thing I really love and am focused on is adding lots of little details and activities to my LEGO City. This LEGO MOC I’ve created is something that does just that, and several of my channel subscribers asked for a LEGOS tutorial, so here it is.

If you need help importing the list you Bricklink:

First up, here’s a link to the parts list for this LEGO MOC that you can download and import to a wishlist in Bricklink:
http://bit.ly/2G4FJ9S

Make sure you select upload BrickLink XML as the type. It contains all of the parts you need to complete this tutorial with the version of this LEGO City MOC that has wheels.

If you want to see this LEGO MOC in the city, here’s a link to the LEGO City Update video:

And also the Instagram photo of the MOC:

The build itself of this LEGO City MOC is constructed around 2 decks that are 2×6 LEGO Plates and 2 of the LEGO Ladder pieces. They are then connected with a diagonal cross member.

Now, one confession. The crossbar I have used actually came from a Ninjago set which is why it has the angled claw ends. The reason I used it for this LEGO MOC was that it fit perfectly across the width, but you can also use straight clips if you prefer.

Let me know if you find this LEGO How-To video easy to follow and I’d love to see it in your city. I’d also like to hear any suggestions for other mocs to work on. And don’t forget to like this LEGO MOC Video!!

And if you haven’t already, hit the subscribe button and turn on the “bell” to get the latest updates and see what I’ve been up to!
