This was my first ever Bricklink LEGO Parts order. I was so excited to receive and share what was in it! But was it enough to hook me to buying bricks and pieces? Let’s find out!
Now down to business. This order was about finally picking up the pieces for my signature mini figure. How did I not have the parts already but have the photos of it? Well, they were taken for me by JC from Small Brick City.
So I confess, I’m not entirely sure why I was nervous about ordering from there. I’d heard mostly good things, and I’d found two sellers with the parts I needed who both had good reputations. But what was I afraid of?
Truth be told, I had read a couple of horror stories along with the a recent incident where I’d been incorrectly sold an incomplete set, and the person I’d ordered from had gone to her usual reliable store to order, only to be let down and told that that store had been shut down because of not fulfilling orders amongst other things.
Why though? Seriously! The LEGO channels here on YouTube live off of Bricklink parts orders! And then you’ve got channels like BrickTsar who do a wonderful job of showing you how they run their very respectable and happy stores!

How was it?
The long and the short of it was my order was successful! But, more than anything it filled me with the joy that receiving new LEGO bricks should bring you!
Am I hooked by this LEGO Haul? You bet I am! I’ve just downloaded the new Bricklink Studio 2.0 app to start designing my own MOCs!
And I’m hoping to find the time to enter their AFOL building competition. And then order more bricks!
