LEGO Ninjago Destiny’s Wing Full Video Review! 70650

Reading Time: 2 minutes

LEGO Ninjago 70650 Destiny’s Wing Speed Build and Review. Watch this Ninjago Season 9 LEGO set fly into life and keep an eye out for Kai making an appearance!

Destiny’s Wing is part of the 2018 LEGO Ninjago Season 9 lineup. Coming in at 181 parts, LEGO Set 70650 is one of the smallest sets in that lineup. But it packs a wallop with those huge wings and massive Steam Punk power system! Not to mention it’s brimming with weapons, featuring 2 spring-loaded shooters, 2 stud shooters and 2 detachable katanas on the wings!

The set includes 2 minifigures, Kai and Jet Jack who both feature this season incredible Mad Max-inspired artwork! It looks so gritty, but totally suits the theme of Ninjago Series 9!

Also included is the Dragonbone Blade. This is part of the Dragon Armor collectable elements and comes on its own pedestal.

For the Build of this LEGO Set, I’ve constructed the Destiny’s Wing Plane using frame by frame photos to create a speed build with some stop-motion thrown in feature the Ninjago Kai figure who also flies the plane.

Let me know what you think when you’ve finished watching the video, and if you’ve got suggestions or recommendations to upgrade the set further.

Don’t forget to like it and leave a comment to let me know what you think of the contents.

And if you haven’t already, subscribe the GJBricks LEGO Video YouTube Channel and turn on the “bell” to get the latest updates and see what I’ve been up to!

Thanks for watching!
